Convenient Service Options: Local customers are welcome to drop off their items, while customers outside our area can take advantage of our convenient mail-in sharpening services.

Tues - Thurs 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm 

At Missouri Sharpening, we make professional sharpening services convenient and accessible, no matter where you're located. Simply ship your items to us, and we'll handle the rest with the precision and care your tools deserve.

We guarantee that your items will be professionally sharpened, carefully packaged, and shipped back to you within 48–72 business hours of receiving your shipment.

Please note that this turnaround time applies to the sharpening process and return shipment preparation. It does not include shipping transit times, which may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

To ensure your tools arrive safely, please package all items securely to prevent movement or damage during transit. We recommend using protective blade covers, appropriate cushioning materials, and sturdy packaging.

All completed orders are returned via USPS Priority Mail, unless an alternative shipping method has been requested.

Standard return shipments include $50 in insurance coverage. For customers who would like additional protection for their valuable tools and instruments, increased insurance coverage is available at a rate of $5.00 for each additional $100 of coverage.

Please notify us if you would like to purchase additional insurance for your return shipment.

At Missouri Sharpening, we offer a variety of convenient payment options to make the process as simple and seamless as possible.

Once your sharpening services are complete, we can contact you by phone with your final order total and arrange payment using your preferred method.

We gladly accept the following payment options:

• Credit Card: Pay conveniently over the phone.
• Online Invoice: Receive an invoice by email with a secure payment link.
• Digital Payments: Pay using PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo.
• Personal or Business Check: Mail your payment directly to us. Your completed order will be shipped once your check has been received and payment has cleared.

All orders must be paid in full before return shipment. Once payment has been confirmed, your sharpened items will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipping.
